About Us

VÉ·YÉ: "VIGIL"

Veillée means evening vigil in French. It's the hours you keep watch over your own life.

We don't mark time by the hours everyone sees. We mark it by the hours we keep for ourselves—stolen twilight, deep silence past midnight, morning light you refuse to share.

Most candles smell like something. Vanilla. Lavender. "Fresh linen" (whatever that means). We're not interested in that. We're interested in moments. Specifically, the moments you claim for yourself when no one's watching.

Not eight o'clock—but 08:00, when you're still in bed and the world can wait. Not midnight on the nose—but 23:55, when you're stretching the day just a little longer because you're not ready for it to end. Not seven—but 19:47, l'heure bleue in Paris, when the sky does something it will never do again.

Each Veillée candle captures a specific hour, marked down to the minute. A private world. Yours alone.

We're not a candle company. We're a fragrance house.

Every scent tells the story of a specific time, built from rare materials—saffron that costs more than gold, oud that turns heads, bourbon vanilla that lingers. Premium coconut-soy wax. 100% cotton wicks. Phthalate-free fragrance oils. Hand-poured in small batches in the United States.

The kind of luxury that's not about what you display, but what you experience in the quiet.

Four fragrances. Four hours.
Premier Silence. Minuit Moins Cinq. L'Heure Bleue. Huit Heures.

These are the hours that shape us. The ones we remember.
